From time to time Purelife UK Natural Oils LTD makes special offers available to its customers. In the case of high demand we reserve the right to end such offers early. If a promotion code or coupon is deleted from the website or social media the offer is deemed to have ended irrespective of closure dates stated on web banners or social posts. All coupons already applied at checkout will be honoured if applied immediately prior to payment.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 48hrs on the first working day that we receive your order up until 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may be processed the following day. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. In most cases the orders arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Should you not have receive your order after three working days please email us stating your order number in the subject line so we can rectify the problem.
Orders can be sent by recorded delivery if required. Please email us to place your order manually if you need this service.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.
Europe/International Delivery Options
European orders are dispatched on the same working day as receipt via the Royal Mail and should arrive 3-7 working days from date of order.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. We may ask for photographic proof of the damaged product.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise un-deliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid re-delivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

We guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
We accept payment by debit and credit cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Some UK banks may ask you to authorise your card transaction. Because the store sells CBD oil which is only available for purchase by over 18s, the presence of an over 18 notification can sometimes automatically generate an authorisation request for any product. Please validate the authorisation or use a different card.
You may also call the office on 01304 273111 to arrange a bank transfer payment or manual card payment should you have any difficulties online or prefer these methods.
